  • Personalized Nutrition Assessment

    This simple assessment can pack a powerful punch to find what your body needs and what it is lacking in terms of nutrition and supplementation. Through the assessment and a 7-day food log, Karine will assess any bodily signs that may relate to nutrition deficiencies or system imbalances.

    Investment: $225

  • Health Coaching

    Karine will guide and direct you to become more aware of and improve your daily habits, listening to your body, and ensuring all health pillars are covered and understood.

    Investment:

    • 1 month: $250

    • 3 months: $350

    • 6 months: $750

  • Meal Plans

    If you simply need a kick to get back on track, meal plans are a great place to start. Work with Karine to get a customized 14- or 28-day meal plan to suit your needs. Address specific health issues or simply work on a personal goal.

By removing the strong hold food has on your life, Karine’s goal is to help you achieve optimal wellness. Working together with you, she’ll help you become aware of the many factors that influence your health, not simply the food you eat.

Karine’s love of food and science came together as she was searching for a new challenge. She wanted to expand her knowledge and dive into the very elaborate and ever-changing world of nutrition. The holistic aspect shed a light on how our minds and thoughts are connected to our body, how we feel and how we eat. Nutrition is complex, but at the same time can be very simple with the right coach. With Karine’s knowledge of nutrition, intuitive eating, and habit change, she can help you become the best version of yourself.

Karine also supports Alleviate patients through her reflexology practice.

Outside of her practice, Karine is an avid weightlifter and coffee lover. She enjoys early mornings and a good laugh with friends. She is a student for life, always willing to learn more to better herself and help her clients. She loves music, cardinals, and crossword puzzles.
