  • Kristina Scully

    Registered Psychotherapy

    Kristina Scully is a registered psychotherapist with 10 years of experience working as a clinical therapist. She specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, substance use, relationship issues, disordered eating, and trauma. She’s currently welcoming new clients of all ages for both virtual and in-person sessions.

    Kristina brings non-judgmental, collaborative, and unconditional care to every session. Drawing from multiple theories and techniques, she provides unique support and treatment for each client. She aims to provide empathy, support, and gentle challenges as you work together to process inner experiences. You’ll develop insight into your life so that you may heal, grow, and develop coping tools, and move forward towards your goals.

  • Coriander Stevens

    Registered Psychotherapy, MA

    Coriander Stevens is a Registered Psychotherapist with an MA in Counselling and Spirituality. She specializes in supporting trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relational conflict, anger, sadness, numbness, burnout, relational issues, and grief. In addition to her education, she has taken trainings on trauma, Brainspotting, Dyadic Development Psychotherapy, and suicide intervention. Coriander works with individuals, couples and families, blending modalities to help conceptualize and provide holistic care.

    Her goal is to provide a space for you to feel safe, cared for, heard, and accepted. In this space I hope we can explore the patterns, memories, and relational dynamics in your life that are making it difficult for you to heal and move forward.

  • Tanya Eichler

    MCP, QRP

    Tanya Eichler is a part-time psychotherapist and a Clinical Lead for Adopt4Life in their Aggression toward Family and Caregivers in Childhood and Adolescence family support program. Tanya has a passion for working with families and individuals who have experienced trauma and/or attachment disruptions as well. She also specializes in working with neurodiverse children and adults with particular interest in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.

    Her interest in the brain and Polyvagal Theory inform much of her work and she loves empowering people to understand how to understand their nervous system’s protection patterns so they can recover from stress faster and feel more in control of their responses and in their relationships.
