COVID-19 Protocols
As regulated health care professionals here at Alleviate, we are committed to offering you care and service throughout the pandemic.
Our COVID-19 protocols include:
Mandatory mask for therapist and client for the duration of the visit
Hand sanitizing and hand washing stations
Updated health history forms for all clients - new and returning that will include a pre-screening COVID-19 survey
An in-person COVID-19 screening as you enter our facility
Controlled access to the clinic with staggered appointment times to maintain the recommended physical distancing
The Ministry of Health and the College of Massage Therapists govern the rules and requirements of massage therapists in Ontario. We are required to ask you to complete COVID screenings and health history forms. These are medical-legal documents that become a part of your healthcare file.
We wish to provide a safe environment for our staff and our clients, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our cleaning policies.
We will continue to update our website and social media accounts if any screening changes come into effect.
