Registered Psychotherapy
Kristina Scully is a registered psychotherapist with 10 years of experience working as a clinical therapist. She specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, substance use, relationship issues, disordered eating, and trauma. She’s currently welcoming new clients of all ages for both virtual and in-person sessions.
Kristina brings non-judgmental, collaborative, and unconditional care to every session. Drawing from multiple theories and techniques, she provides unique support and treatment for each client. She aims to provide empathy, support, and gentle challenges as you work together to process inner experiences. You’ll develop insight into your life so that you may heal, grow, and develop coping tools, and move forward towards your goals.

Sophia Dahan

Sophia is a dedicated psychotherapist who is deeply committed to helping you achieve mental well-being through evidence-based approaches. Her primary focus is nurturing a strong and trusting client-therapist relationship, which is fundamental for positive change and emotional healing.
Sophia offer a warm, empathetic, and compassionate counselling style, grounded in three proven therapeutic modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and modify negative thought patterns; Person-Centered Therapy, which places you at the centre of your journey, emphasizing self-acceptance and personal growth; and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a goal-oriented approach focused on immediate changes to alleviate distress and enhance functioning.
Sophia approach with clients is that of a curious and non-judgmental stance, recognizing that everyone has a unique path that has led them to the present moment. Tanya Eichler
MCP, QRP
Tanya Eichler is a part-time psychotherapist and a Clinical Lead for Adopt4Life in their Aggression toward Family and Caregivers in Childhood and Adolescence family support program. Tanya has a passion for working with families and individuals who have experienced trauma and/or attachment disruptions as well. She also specializes in working with neurodiverse children and adults with particular interest in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
Her interest in the brain and Polyvagal Theory inform much of her work and she loves empowering people to understand how to understand their nervous system’s protection patterns so they can recover from stress faster and feel more in control of their responses and in their relationships.
