Cancellation Policy
At Alleviate Massage Therapy & Wellness, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients and their families. We strive to accommodate your needs and schedules, ensuring you receive the best possible service. However, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve all of our clients effectively.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email at hello@alleviatemassagetherapy.ca. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur a cancellation fee ranging from $50.00 to the full service amount, at the discretion of the care provider.
Please note that insurance receipts will not be issued for missed appointments, as these are not considered an insured service. Appointments cannot be rescheduled until any outstanding fees for missed appointments have been paid in full.
