Swedish Massage:

General massage techniques used for relaxation massage. If your goal is to relax, de-stress or escape reality for an hour this will be sure to help!

deep tissue Massage:

Similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

trigger point therapy:

Trigger point therapy is a technique in which trigger points are located and manipulated to reduce the pain and "deactivate" the point. This technique is sometimes also called myofascial trigger point therapy. (Myo means muscle tissue, and fascia is the connective tissue in and around it.)

Prenatal Massage:

Therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Special positioning ensures total comfort during your session.

Functional Taping:

The Kinesio Taping® Method is a definitive rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion

Corporate Chair Massage:

In the workplace, on-site chair massage helps reduce issues such as neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis and stress or migraine headaches. These are all examples of chronic pain patterns associated with sitting for long periods of time at a desk, repetitive muscular actions and poor posture. Onsite chair massage can prevent these common issues, as well as enrich corporate culture and improve overall company health and wellness.
